I sooooo cannot wait for my new vid card. I new I was getting graphics lag with my 9400 GT but I just downloaded fraps (www.fraps.com) and my FPS at its HIGHEST in the field is 17. Most of the time it is 8-11, and it dropped as low as 4! Not sure why it went as low as it did, cause few people were around, but w/e.
I am so glad I ordered my new card and can't wait for it to get here.
What are your FPS in FFXIV via Fraps? (I'll post my new one when I change vid cards).

With my ati 4890 fraps would give me around 20-30fps in open areas and camps providing that ambient occlusion wasn't on if I had anti aliasing pumped up, that and buffering size had to be window size. Doubleing buffer size looks so god damned good but you take a hit on graphics. In case you don't know what it does.... having higher buffer rates allows you to see finer details with less jitters (could see the seems between the hairlines with it on where as normal buffer would kinda clump it together
